Billy Luke Joins NACA Board of Directors

The NACA Board of Directors, in accordance with Section 3 of the Association’s By-Laws, recently took action to appoint Billy Luke of Spring Branch, Texas, to fill a vacant seat on the Board.

He fills the position left by the resignation of Roy Elsner, Elko, Nevada.  NACA gratefully acknowledges Roy’s board service.

Billy has been an Active Member of the NACA since 2002 and a regular on the Breeder’s List.  He has participated in five National Shows & Conventions and is also registered to attend his sixth in Gillette, Wyoming, later this month.

Billy already serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Corriente Cattle Association (TCCA) and he has been instrumental in promoting Corriente cattle and coming up with new events in Texas.  His enthusiasm and drive will be a valuable addition to the NACA Board.
